Banana Climbers 1.0.4 update

- Made the water fog effect a little more 'foggy'

- Made the ragdolls despawn after 10 seconds instead of 3

- Added a main menu

- Made the splash sound effect play more often

- Added a currency system

- Added a ID display that shows the first 5 letters of everyones ID

- Hopefully fixed the memory issues this time

- Added ores to horror mode level 2 that gives the player banans

- Made the pumpkin in rising lava stay on the floor until the lava comes instead of going through the floor
